A scalable AI strategy is not a tool list. It is a stack: a foundation of cleaned data, a layer of trained agents, and a wrapper of human review that catches the edge cases.
Start with the Boring Layer
Before you deploy any agent, audit your data. If your CRM is full of duplicates, your knowledge base is a Google Doc graveyard, and your SOPs live in someone's head — your AI will inherit all of it. Fix the inputs first.
Pick One Surface to Win
Don't deploy AI everywhere. Pick one customer-facing surface — webchat, inbound calls, or onboarding emails — and dominate it. Then expand.
Measure Like an Engineer
Track containment rate, deflection rate, and CSAT before and after. AI that cannot be measured cannot be scaled. AI that can be measured becomes the most defensible part of your stack.
